Mar. 10, 1965 Nihon Electric Wire & Cable Co., Ltd. established with capital of 1 million yen.
Aug. 9, 1966 Capital increased to 2.5 million yen.
Mar. 17, 1968 Head office moved to 17-3, 1-chome, Ono, Daito-shi, Osaka.
Oct. 1, 1969 Capital increased to 5 million yen.
Jun. 2, 1970 Registered as a First Grade Electric Appliance Manufacturer.
Jun. 6, 1974 Company's heat-proof wire passed testing of the Fire and Disaster Management Agency.
Dec. 15, 1976 Obtained certification for our fire- and heat-proof electric wire.
Mar. 1, 1979 Capital increased to 10 million yen.
Jan. 1, 1981 Head office moved to 2-302, 2-chome, Suminodou, Daito-shi, Osaka.
Jul. 15, 1983 Hyogo Factory established at 209-110 Yamaguchi, Yashiro-cho, Kato-gun, Hyogo.
Jul. 31, 1983 Capital increased to 110 million yen.
May 21, 1984 Osaka Factory No. 1 gained authorization to display JIS (Japanese Industrial Standards) label.
Sep. 1, 1984 Capital increased to 267.5 million yen.
Dec. 10, 1987 Capital increased to 352.58 million yen.
Went public as an over-the-counter company (Tokyo/Osaka).
Dec. 10, 1987 Capital increased to 647.78 million yen; listed on the New Second Section of the Osaka Securities Exchange.
Aug. 1, 1989 Tojo Factory established at 275-122 Kitani, Shinjo-aza, Tojo-cho, Kato-Gun, Hyogo.
Jan. 1, 1996 Listed on the Second Section of the Osaka Securities Exchange.
Aug. 1, 1996 Osaka Factory No. 4 established at 7-2, Shinden-nakamachi, Daito-shi, Osaka.
Mar. 31, 1997 Hyogo Plant gained authorization to display JIS (Japanese Industrial Standards) label.
Mar. 10, 1998 Osaka Plant V established at 10-1, 1-chome, Goryo, Daito-shi, Osaka.
May 21, 1999 Obtained ISO 9001 certification.
Jun. 1, 1999 Head office moved to 10-1, 1-chome, Goryo, Daito-shi, Osaka.
Feb. 1, 2000 Renamed Osaka Factory No. 5 to Osaka Factory and moved the functions of Osaka Factories Nos. 1–5 to the Osaka Factory.
Mar. 12, 2007 Established Tokyo Office at 9-14, 3-chome, Kudan, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo.
